Payment Questions

Q: What token do I need to make payments?

A: All payments are made in USDC (USD Coin) on the Base blockchain. Make sure you have USDC in your wallet before paying.

Q: How do I get USDC?

A: You can:

• Buy USDC directly in Coinbase Wallet or MetaMask

• Transfer USDC from an exchange (Coinbase, Binance, etc.) to your wallet

• Bridge USDC from Ethereum or other chains to Base

Q: Are there gas fees?

A: Yes, but they're very low on Base (usually less than $0.01). You'll need a tiny amount of ETH in your wallet to pay gas fees.

Q: Can I get a refund?

A: Refunds are handled by individual merchants. Contact the merchant directly through their support channels.

Subscription Questions

Q: What happens if I don't have enough USDC when a subscription payment is due?

A: Your subscription will show as PAST_DUE. Add USDC to your wallet and the system will retry the payment automatically.

Q: Can I change my subscription plan?

A: Yes! Cancel your current subscription and subscribe to a different plan from the merchant.

Q: Do I get refunded if I cancel mid-month?

A: No, cancellations are immediate with no prorated refunds. You lose access when you cancel.

Q: Can I pause instead of cancelling?

A: Yes! Use the Pause button to temporarily stop payments without losing your subscription.

Security Questions

Q: Is my wallet safe?

A: Yes! OnlyStables never has access to your private keys. All transactions require your approval in your wallet.

Q: Can I use multiple wallets?

A: Yes, but each wallet has its own separate customer portal with its own subscriptions and history.

Q: What if I lose access to my wallet?

A: Contact the merchant to transfer your subscription to a new wallet address. Keep your seed phrase safe!

Q: Which wallets are supported?

A: Any wallet that supports Base blockchain:

• MetaMask

• WalletConnect-compatible wallets

Q: Can I use a hardware wallet?

A: Yes! Connect your Ledger or Trezor via MetaMask for maximum security.
